Shipping policy

All Studio408 units are individually handcrafted and made to order. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to a processing time of fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days, excluding weekends and federally recognized holidays. This processing period is required for the production, quality assurance, and packaging of custom hair units.

Shipping estimates presented at checkout refer solely to the carrier’s transit timeframe and shall not be construed as a guarantee of delivery on or by a specific date. Studio408 does not assume responsibility for delays caused by the customer’s failure to select an appropriate shipping method, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, acts of God, third-party courier delays, or any force majeure event.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the designated carrier and tracking information has been issued, Studio408 relinquishes all liability for that package. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser at the point of shipment. Any disputes regarding late delivery, lost, stolen, or mishandled parcels must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Studio408 will provide reasonable support in filing a claim but assumes no financial responsibility for third-party carrier issues.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details, including address and delivery instructions, are accurate at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information are not eligible for refund. If returned, the customer may be charged an additional fee to re-ship the item.

Expedited orders must be arranged prior to checkout. Selecting express shipping at checkout without prior written approval does not override the standard 14–21 business day processing period. Studio408 reserves the right to decline or delay any express or rush order requests that have not been formally agreed upon before purchase.

By submitting payment and completing the checkout process, the purchaser affirms that they have reviewed and agreed to this shipping policy in its entirety. Any attempts to dispute or reverse charges based on noncompliance with this clearly stated policy will be considered a material breach and will be vigorously contested using all available supporting documentation.
