Custom and Braid Wigs:

This includes any and all units that are not in our ready 2 ship tab. 14-21 business day processing time from the date payment is received. Understand business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders will process once your payment is received. This can take up to 72hours after your order is placed. 

Ready 2 Ship:

All units in this collection are complete, ON HAND and ready to ship. Any further customization to ready 2 ship units will result in a fee. 

QuadPay

Has a longer payment processing time and can take as long as 10 business days for payments to be processed. Any questions you have in regards to payments made via QuadPay can be forwarded to QuadPay customer service.  https://help.quadpay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Our Vendors are out of the country and may experience hardships crossing USA boarders. Please expect delays for all lace products. 

Returns and Exchanges

ALL HAIR /WIG SALES ARE FINAL! RETURNS/ EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All units are custom made to order, also, resulting in absolutely no refunds or exchanges for hair purchases.
